3. What We Collect and Why

It is our philosophy to only collect information and data that we truly need to service our customers and enable our operations. To this extent, we collect minimal data, as follows:

3.1 Contact Information:

To liaise and collaborate with you during the process of providing our services and products to you, we collect your name, surname, and email. You may provide your telephone number if you wish, but this is not required.

3.2 Comments captured in the contact form:

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

3.3 Cookies:

If you access our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. Please see our cookie policy for more information on Cookies.

3.4 Embedded Content:

Articles or links on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Note: This policy does not cover such external links or how that organisation processes personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy notices on the other websites you visit.

4. How We Collect Your Information

We primarily only collect and process information that is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of collaborating and interacting with you whilst we provide you with our products and services.

We also collect cookies when you visit our website to help with span detection and to make it easier for you to use our website. You can always opt out of allowing cookies or do this in your browser settings. It should however be noted that we cannot guarantee that the website will work effectively in such instance.

5. How We Store, Manage and Destroy Your Data

5.1 Security:

We maintain a single customer database that is secured, and access controlled. Access to this database is limited to a small selection of our staff with admin rights only. Information cannot be accessed by any other staff or third party. We do not provide access to our database to third parties, nor will we ever sell your information. We go to every effort possible, including periodic penetration testing, to protect our website, but cannot guarantee that our site will not be the subject of ever evolving malicious attacks. In the very unlikely event that we fall victim to such an attack and your information is put at risk in any way, we will contact you within 8 hours of becoming aware of such attack.

5.2 Storage Period:

We only retain your information for us long as we require it to transact or maintain a contractual or working relationship with you. For example, if you have a monthly hosting contract with us, we retain your information for as long as the agreement remains active and in-force.

5.3 Opt-In:

You can opt-in if you wish us to retain your information for longer than the minimum storage period. This is normally where we may do business with you again in the future, or at infrequent intervals.

5.4 Sharing

We will never sell or pass on your information to any third party during normal business.

If, for any legitimate legal reason, we are required under UK Law to share your information, you will be advised on the first instance.

5.5 Destruction

We will not retain your information any longer than is necessary or there is a legal basis for doing so.

If we no longer have a contractual agreement or provide services to you, we keep your information for 30 days. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting it from our database unless you have opted in for us to retain your information for the purpose of an ongoing or possible future business relationship.

6. You Data Protection Rights
